The Accounting Associate is a key member of the Bay Towel Finance Team. We are looking for a skilled Accounting Associate to perform a variety of Accounting, Reporting and Financial tasks.
Essential Functions:
Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
- Receive checks and perform daily remote deposit.
- Process mail and distribute to appropriate departments.
- Enter and post Accounts Payable each week, which includes entering, recording and reconciling invoices to payments.
- Collect key business data and generate reporting to management team.
- Cover front desk/reception once a week.
- All other duties as assigned.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a part-time, non-exempt position working Monday through Friday from 9:00/9:30 a.m. - 12:00/1:00 p.m., 15-20 hours a week.
Benefits:
Compensation begins at $18/hour and will vary based upon education, experience, etc.
