As an Associate Internal Auditor, you’ll #makelivesbetter by helping to maintain our financial integrity and compliance standards.
A day in the life in this role may include:
- Conducting branch and department audits
- Communicating audit findings to management
- Reviewing policies and procedures for internal controls
- Plans and designs audit-related activities
- Assisting in audit risk assessments
- Overseeing the Bank's FDICIA audit program
Must-haves:
- Minimum of a high school diploma; some college coursework is preferred.
- At least 2 years experience in an audit function role OR at least 2 years previous financial institution or related industry experience.
- Must possess a valid driver’s license.
Nice-to-haves (but not required):
- CCBIA certification or the ability to obtain certification within 2 years from date of hire.
- Experience with FDICIA reporting.
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, financial management or a related area is a plus.
