General Job Duties:
- Assist in managing accounts receivable and credit Insurance
- Customer chargebacks dispute and tracking
- Provide administrative support and office supplies management
- Employee records management, Benefits Administration, Payroll assistance
Requirements:
- AR and HR / Admin experience preferred
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, etc.)
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Flexibility in adapting to changes in company needs and projects
- Bilingual in Korean is a plus
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 45 per week
