Job Description
The Accounting & Administrative Specialist will coordinate and perform a diverse set of Accounting and related support tasks, and additionally will serve as a part time executive assistant to the CEO.
Duties/Responsibilities: Prepares and maintains financial reports. Generates/maintains documentation for audits. Manages billing and accounts receivable. Prior Bookkeeping experience is required. Ensures office and supplies are maintained. Liaison to financial, insurance and government entities. Manages CEO's schedule and travel arrangements. Handles communications for CEO and Accounting department. Organizes meetings for CEO.
