Accounting practice seeking full time Administrative Assistant. Successful candidate is a team player, possesses strong customer service, problem solving, organizational and administrative skills. Job duties include client relations, answering telephones, preparing written correspondence, scheduling appointments, processing tax returns, and various administrative tasks as assigned. Proficient in Microsoft Office. Ability to juggle multiple projects while providing exceptional customer service required. Knowledge of accounting or tax is welcomed but not required.
