```Duties```
- Report to the Building Company President
-Work with customers, Financial institutions, and Office personnel
-Responsible for generating all financial statements and ensuring their accuracy
- Make bank deposits and prepare all bank reconciliations
- Develop job cost budgets and review monthly job costs reports
- Work with purchasing department
- Responsible for AP
- Payroll
- Job close, customer statement of account, monthly financial close.
- File monthly Builders Risk report
- Oversee and manage all aspects of office operation
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Manage office budgets and expenses
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
```Skills```
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
- Familiarity with GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles)
- Ability to mentor and train staff members in financial auditing processes
- Proficiency in debits, credits, and general ledger reconciliation
- Experience with bank reconciliation and cash flow analysis
- Skill in interpreting financial reports for decision-making purposes
