Responsibilities
- Manage and train and hire office staff for best workflow
- Team building with office staff
- Backup payroll clerk ability to process biweekly and monthly commission payrolls, using Paycom payroll software
- 401K verify upload to administrator biweekly, employee benefits & workers compensation paid monthly reconcile schedule after payments issued
- Review AP batch checks and support assist with signing check
- Schedule review and management ensure all are clean any notes are clear and accurate with aging policy
- Monthly sales tax submission
- Monthly expense account review, assist Controller with accruals as needed
- EOM review and financial statement transmission to factory
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years Office Manager experience multi franchise a plus
- Excel workbook skills required, basic formulas & V lookup
- Excellent written and verbal communications with piers and customers
- Ability to multi-task in fast-paced environment
- Team player, integrity and strong work ethics, attention to detail, and organized
- Automotive software experience required Reynolds and Reynolds or ADP
