Are you an organized, bilingual (English/Spanish) professional looking for a dynamic role in a thriving tax and accounting firm? We're seeking an enthusiastic Front Desk/Office Manager to be the welcoming face of our company!
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Interaction: Greet and welcome clients in person and over the phone with a warm, professional demeanor.
- Appointment Management: Efficiently schedule appointments and manage calendars for our accountants, balancing multiple schedules with ease.
- Office Administration: Perform vital clerical tasks, handle phone calls, filing, photocopying, and manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
Work Schedule Available:
Monday - Saturday from 4:00 PM - 10:00 PM.
