Nonprofit Bookkeeping is hiring at least one dedicated financial professional that is passionate about supporting the amazing people that lead and run nonprofit organizations. The right candidate should expect an initial training period with hours ramping up as work is assigned and mastered. The expectation would be to rapidly ascend to a full time (or agreed upon set of hours weekly) based on their performance. All work is completed virtually using remote access technology.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Performing on-going bookkeeping, general accounting, and financial reporting functions for multiple clients. Supervise bookkeeper and accountant staff members to ensure accuracy / timeliness of work completed and client satisfaction.
REQUIREMENTS:
- QuickBooks Online Certification, QB Desktop experience a plus
- Speak fluent English
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Detail oriented
- Education: Associates or higher and/or equivalent experience
- Based in the USA
EXPERIENCE PREFERRED WITH (some or all):
- Keeper
- Performing bookkeeping functions with multiple clients
- Bill payment software (Corpay One, Bill.com, etc.)
- Expense management software (Expensify, Divvy, etc.)
- Payroll software (Gusto, QBO, etc.)
- Payment Processing software (Paypal, Stripe, etc.)
- Donor Management software (Network for Good, Salesforce, Little Green Light, Bloomerang, etc.)

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

Pay: $37,000.00 - $52,000.00 per year
