Account Representative Part-Time (Bilingual English/Spanish)

We are seeking dedicated and enthusiastic part-time Account Representatives to join our dynamic team. We offer a competitive hourly wage, welfare benefits as well as sponsored 401(k) retirement benefits.

Qualifications:

· Bilingual Spanish/English required, additional language skills a plus.

· Previous retail or customer service experience.

· High School Diploma or equivalent.

In accordance with federal, state, and local laws, candidates must have a valid driver's license or unexpired picture ID issued by the State authority, and a social security number that can and will be verified through the State's E-Verify system.

Candidates must have the ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays. The retail store environment may require evening hours.

Essential Duties, include but not limited to:

· Achieve or exceed assigned monthly bad debt performance plans.

·Gather information from consumers to open charge accounts in accordance with company policies as well as compliance with federal, state and local regulations.

· Review and understand consumer credit reports to provide accurate information on approved limits authorized by store management.

· Collect personal transaction information and maintain data accuracy and security in accordance with the company's consumer privacy policy.

· Call customers and work to reduce past due accounts and schedule payment arrangements.

· Accept payments or advances on established consumer credit accounts.

· Maintain professional attire, demeanor and neatness in accordance with company policy.

· Other duties as assigned.
