Accountant

The Waldinger Corporation, a leading mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and sheet metal contractor, is hiring an experiencedConstruction Accountant for our Des Moines Office. This role will play a key role in the management and reconciliation of our inventory.

Responsibilities:

• Handle inventory reconciliations on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
• Manage the creation, price changes, and reconciliation of product IDs
• Analyze data to help inform on inventory strategy
• Oversee the approval process for inventory purchases
• Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

• 4 year degree in Accounting or related field or equivalent experience.
• Inventory management experience preferred
• Proficient with MS Office products
• Ability to multi-task
• Organized and detail-oriented
