In this role, you will work closely with stakeholders to ensure results are timely, qualitative, analyzed, and understood, providing essential partnership in business decisions and continuous improvement.  In addition to managing a small team, this role will function as the main plant finance contact for one or more of our locations.Key Accountabilities Lead all aspects of the plant finance activities required to support the business and our stakeholders.Provide guidance on accounting processes that are executed by other finance team members.Apply substantial understanding of plant finance systems, practices, and procedures to guide the team in completing its work.Lead and develop a team, coach, and make decisions related to talent management, hiring, performance, and disciplinary actions. Foster continuous improvement, drive value creation and preservation, and independently handle complex issues with minimal supervision.Other duties as assigned.Qualifications Minimum QualificationsBachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experienceMinimum of four years of related work experienceKnowledge of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP)Experience performing financial analysis and partnering with non-finance stakeholdersExperience leveraging financial and business systems to monitor business activities and aid in decision-makingDemonstrated ability to lead and manage changeAbility to travel up to 5% Preferred QualificationsTwo years of supervisory experienceExperience using SAPProfessional experience working in a plant environmentProven ability in talent development and building high-performing teamsEqual Opportunity Employer, including Disability/Vet.
