Accounts Payable/Receivable And Warranty Clerk

• Practical Experience:
• Should have basic accounting knowledge
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screening

Responsibilities:

• Reconcile statements and process payments to vendors
• Verifies outstanding balances on customer accounts
• Processes paperwork in a timely manner
• Posts daily invoices
• Prepares monthly Accounts Receivable Statements
• Assists with other employees, customers and vendors as needed
• Maintain and update internal company files, records and other documents
• Answer calls and direct to the appropriate departments
• Perform other duties as assigned or requested
