Account Service Coordinator

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Yearbook Agreement Entry and Ongoing Support

• Receive and process signed yearbook agreements
• Update bookings
• Create new APO, update details, verify associated underclass APOs are included in Yearbook APO and activate
• Create offering
• Enter yearbook event details

Host/Adviser Communication

• Perform confirmation calls with yearbook advisers
• Provide customer service to end consumers as required
• Assist Advisers with processes as needed

Partnership

• Partner with sales, creative services, Yearbook Adviser Support, operations and manufacturing to provide feedback and assure Advisers needs are being met

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS

• High school diploma or equivalent and relevant post-secondary coursework/formal customer service training.
• 2+ years of customer service experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Intermediate to advanced computer skills, including using Google platform and Microsoft Office- Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Superior phone and customer service skills/etiquette.
• Excellent verbal, written, listening, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem solving and organizational skills.
• Ability to deal patiently with problems and complaints and to remain courteous when faced with difficult or angry customers.
• Ability to handle confidential information.

The compensation package for this role is based on multiple factors, such as job level, responsibilities, location, and candidate experience. The base pay ranges included below are specific to the locations listed, and may not be applicable to other locations.
California: [$30,250 - 43,000]
Connecticut, New York, and Rhode Island: [$30,250 - 39,500]
Colorado and Washington: [$30,250 - 36,500]
Nevada: [$28,250 - 39,500]
