As an important part of our team, our Entry LevelAccount Managers are responsible for meeting with our customers, in-person, and forming a relationship on behalf of our clients. They present service options to the customer and take away the frustration of setting it up. The ideal Account Manager is great at working with people, is trainable, and is motivated.
Responsibilities of an Entry LevelAccount Manager:
- Meet and engage with customers daily
- Learn client-related product knowledge
- Learn proven sales systems to effectively close
- Learn leadership skills as you grow and advance
Requirements of an Entry LevelAccount Manager:
- 0-5 years experience working in a team and/or customer-based business (retail, restaurant, hospitality, sales, etc)
- Degree preferred
- Interpersonal skills
- Great Communication skills
- Ability to work in a team environment or independently
- Goal-oriented
