The Position:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Account Manager to join our new Advertising team. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker, have a passion for advertising, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in managing client relationships. As an Account Manager, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing effective advertising campaigns, ensuring client satisfaction, and driving business growth.

What You'll Do:

• Serve as the main point of contact between advertisers and internal key stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and a deep understanding of client needs.

• Monitor and analyze the performance of advertising campaigns, providing clients with detailed reports and actionable insights.

• Collaborate with clients to refine strategies based on past campaign performance and market feedback.

• Work closely with client teams to ensure the development of compelling and effective advertising materials that resonate with the GC target audience.

• Develop strategic advertising plans that address client goals and contribute to their overall business success.
  

Who You Are:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field.

• 3 - 5 years of proven experience as an Advertising Account Manager or in a similar role.

• Strong understanding of advertising principles, market dynamics, and digital marketing trends.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.

• Proficiency in using advertising and project management tools.

• Results-driven with a focus on exceeding client expectations.

The target salary range for this position is between $90,000 and $120,000. This is part of a competitive total rewards package that includes incentive, equity, and benefits for eligible roles. Individual pay may vary from the target range and is determined by a number of factors including experience, location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations. We review all teammate pay regularly to ensure competitive and fair pay.
