Dealer World is seeking a dedicated Account Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client accounts across four key categories: Task Management & Co-op, Paid Search Advertising, Paid Social Advertising, and Website Optimization.

- Manage and oversee client accounts in the specified categories, ensuring efficient and effective execution of strategies.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs, objectives, and goals.
- Develop and implement tailored strategies to meet client goals within each category.
- Continuously monitor and analyze performance metrics to identify opportunities for optimization and improvement.
- Stay updated on industry trends and changes to provide clients with informed recommendations.
- Maintain open and effective communication with clients, addressing inquiries, concerns, and updates promptly.
- Participate in regular team meetings and contribute to brainstorming sessions for innovative solutions.
Required Skillset:
- Strong active listening skills to understand client requirements and expectations.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to evolving industry trends and technologies.
- Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple client accounts and tasks efficiently.
- Dependable and able to maintain a consistent 9-5 Monday through Friday work schedule.
- Proficiency in Microsoft products, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Experience with task management and prioritization to ensure timely and effective execution.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for client interactions and internal collaboration.
