Azure Systems / M365 Administrator
REMOTE
MUST:
Eligible for or Active DoD Secret clearance
Experienced Azure Systems/M365 Administrator
6+ years of related experience with Azure Administration
Recent and strong hands on experience with Azure and Microsoft Office 365
Strong troubleshooting and Tier III level support experience for M365 (Microsoft cloud) administration
Provide IT support for various issues including : identity management, medical and legal transcription, scientific encoding, environmental, scientific, maintenance and repair processes, business processes, and logistical support activities
Experience supporting DoD Health initiatives is highly desired
Strong communication skills both written and verbal
Strong documentation skills
Strong customer service and people skills
IAT level II cert : Security+CE or equivalent
Bachelor s Degree or 4 additional years of experience
DUTIES:
Processes tickets received from the Tier II support desk to resolution
Elevate appropriate tickets to Tier IV for resolution
Design and test capability enhancements for use in M365
Collect and prioritize, with the government, enhanced or new features
Validate current processes and conduct testing / validation of implementation.
Support the resolution of and monitor tickets with product vendors in support of the M365 capability
Coordinate enhancement capability and schedule with government Project Office/Lead
Develop plans and strategic communications for announcing capability enhancements and schedule that reflect Contractor planned releases to the capabilities being released into IL5
Take actions to secure the enhancement for government use
Coordinate enhancement capability and schedule with government Project Office/Lead
Support the resolution of and monitor tickets with commercial product vendors in support of the M365 capability
Monitor planned future commercial product enhancements in support of M365
Provide Problem Request (Break-Fix) support.
Support provided by a dedicated Subject Matter Expert, on a rotation basis.
Support assistance for resolution of incidents involving Microsoft products in M365 and customer environments
