Our mission is to provide “Worry-Free Lawn Care” by making our client experience and service seamless, easy, and exceeding expectations. We are looking for a driven Account Manager who can help turn our prospects into customers, as well as help make existing clients' services worry-free!

Position Overview:

Account managers work directly with our operations manager and our clients which allows extensive opportunities for growth into management or sales leadership positions. Account Managers are the first people to talk with our potential clients and show them what we are all about. The successful candidate is hungry to help grow the company but is still able to get all of the little things right and noted so our clients and field teams have a seamless experience. They are comfortable working with a team, communicating with customers, problem-solving, typing quickly, emailing, and selling. Knowledge or experience in the green industry is a plus! They look forward to making clients happy and helping make more worry-free green lawns.

• Assisting customers with questions, comments, or concerns

Compensation(Salary + Commission):

Starting pay of $720-$800 per week plus a 2% commission on gross contract value sold
