Job Description
We are seeking a hard-working and motivated business developer to join our growing team. The individual in this role will assist company growth and profitability through new customer acquisition, as well as by increasing current customer spend. This role requires personal drive, tireless persistence, and business strategy expertise.
We are offering a full-time, W2 sales position for motivated, committed sales professionals.
Requirements:
- Must have a valid Drivers License
- Must have a reliable vehicle
- Associate degree preferred but not required
- B2B experience preferred but not required
- Merchant services experience would be beneficial
Here are the activities that will fill most of your day as an OlaPay Sales Partner.
- Networking and Prospecting - Hunting, cold calling, and networking in order to meet small businesses and develop relationships that lead to new customer acquisition. We use a unique survey to introduce OlaPay to potential customers. We meet prospects at their business, establish rapport, and educate them about the card acceptance industry.. We use the consultative approach by asking questions to learn and understand their business needs and challenges.
- Proposal Creation - Initially, our sales management team will assist you with all aspects of the proposal generation process. We provide cutting-edge proposal generation tools that are easy to use. These tools break down the business owner's current fees and show how OlaPay’s program can benefit their business. We provide simple payment processing focusing on “ Dual Pricing” along with upgraded technology.
- Follow Up/ Closing - Once you have proven your ability to communicate effectively with business owners and shown a proficiency in understanding our offerings, you can manage your business and close your own deals. We have a short sales cycle. From introduction to close typically is about 2 weeks or less. You will see this process in action once you’re in the field engaging with customers. The “Fortune” is in the follow-up. Communicating with and staying top of mind with “qualified” prospects will make you successful in your AE role.

Perks and Pay:
We offer each sales partner a true, W2 salary. This is NOT a commission draw. This is a weekly salary that we pay in exchange for
- being at work,and committed to your own success
- completing the training and attending all required meetings
- taking prospecting and networking action that will be entirely within your control and is your responsibility
You start with a $60,000 annual salary and benefits that continue as long as you meet the minimum requirements.

In addition to salary, we offer up-front bonuses and the ability to create a long-term, residual portfolio. Start with a base salary of $60,000 annually plus commission. Account Executives can scale up quickly to $80-$100,000 per year
Our most successful AE’s will reach six figures in the first 18 months. which they’ll continue to grow the residual portion of the compensation.
