Description
The Account Management Director for Care Delivery will manage and grow customer accounts for our Onduo and Verily Me business. You will be responsible for deepening the relationships, increasing product utilization and growing the adoption of new products and services across our customer base with a focus on health plans. This role will report to the Account Management Lead for Care Delivery and the team is part of the Commercial Care Organization at Verily.
Responsibilities
- Operate as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to assigned clients, maintaining strong relationships as a trusted advisor and point of escalation.
- Drive retention and growth of Care Delivery solutions at health plan accounts by ensuring customers have the right services, support, and program governance to achieve results
- Develop and maintain executive relationships with leaders at assigned accounts that help Verily and its customers achieve their combined goals
- Track and report metrics related to customer experience including implementation progress, overall customer health, and coordinate contract management, negotiation and product expansion that drives retention and renewal
- Execute and provide feedback to refine our account playbook, including onboarding, training, customer success management, renewals, QBR execution and advocacy capabilities, and partner with the Account Management team to tailor them to meet customer needs
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in healthcare, employer benefits or insurance industries
- Proven track record of working with senior-level executives for client relationship management and consultation within health care benefits sector
- Excellent listening, communication, collaboration, critical thinking, and problem solving skills
- Digital health / virtual care sales or Account Management experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- Health plan / payer experience
- Strong business and financial acumen; strong problem-solving, judgment and analytic skills
- A strong desire to work in a fast-paced, evolving, startup environment
- MBA or advanced degree
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $124,000 - $191,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
