Our client, a leading industry player, seeks a skilled individual for their newly opened FP&A Manager role. This hybrid position requires office presence three days a week (Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday).

- The Role: Reporting to the Director of Finance & Strategy, the FP&A Manager will play a pivotal role in the implementation of the Oracle Forecasting Template and will own the Budgeting, Forecasting & Analysis for one of the company’s largest divisions.
- The Goal: The Director of Finance & Strategy aims to groom a successor within the next 2 years. Once the FP&A Manager is fully established in their role, they will collaborate with the Director on strategic finance initiatives.

The FP&A Manager’s responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Assist with quarterly forecasting, including P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow projections, as well as associated reporting and financial reconciliations.
- Analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial performance to identify trends and insights.
- Collaborate in the establishment, tracking, and review of budgets across various teams.
- Work closely with other members of the finance team to maintain the integrity and accuracy of financial reports.
- Aid in the smooth transition of financial reporting and forecasting processes to a new ERP system.
- Offer strategic business support by leveraging data analysis to drive initiatives focused on improving margins and cost optimization across the organization.
Qualifications:
- 4-7 years of demonstrated experience in FP&A or Accounting roles with a track record of career progression.
- Proficient in Excel; familiarity with Tableau is preferred.
- Proficiency in utilizing financial data to facilitate cross-departmental decision-making and provide business support.
- Public Accounting background and/or possession of a CPA license is desirable but not required.
