We are expanding our team and looking to add reps to sell our staffing services to Healthcare facilities nationwide.
The Account Executive/staffing sales rep is responsible for the sales process of short/ long term initiatives and staffing requirements by identifying and securing new job orders.
Responsibilities:
- Create a consistent pipeline of new permanent placement and Temp contract job orders
- Gain market share with new clients
- Meet with client Hiring Managers on a daily basis to develop lasting relationships
- Manage client relationships, pre-sales / post-sales
- Developing and implementing sales strategies.
- Should have establish relationships with potential client decision makers.
- Work closely with the recruiting team to clearly communicate client requirements ensuring the successful identification of candidates.
