Account Executive/ Sales

Saint Michael Professionals is a recruitment firm offering Temporary/direct-hire recruitment services in Healthcare.

We are expanding our team and looking to add reps to sell our staffing services to Healthcare facilities nationwide.

The Account Executive/staffing sales rep is responsible for the sales process of short/ long term initiatives and staffing requirements by identifying and securing new job orders.

Responsibilities:

• Create a consistent pipeline of new permanent placement and Temp contract job orders

• Gain market share with new clients

• Meet with client Hiring Managers on a daily basis to develop lasting relationships

• Manage client relationships, pre-sales / post-sales

• Developing and implementing sales strategies.

• Should have establish relationships with potential client decision makers.

• Work closely with the recruiting team to clearly communicate client requirements ensuring the successful identification of candidates.

• Cold-calling and lead generation
