What you will be doing:
Helen of Troy Prestige Division (which includes Drybar & Curlsmith) is seeking a Sales Manager with the talent to empower, train and influence retail sales through events and education. The ideal candidate will have the ability to plan at a highly strategic level and complete all Prestige Division initiatives.
Drybar’s journey started in 2010 with a simple philosophy, focus on one thing and be the best at it. For us that’s blow outs! Following our initial Product launch at Sephora in 2013, Drybar has expanded into Ulta, Nordstrom, Macy’s and Saks in the US and Canada.
Meeting monthly and quarterly goals in each retailer
Achieving comp sales targets
Weekly Sales review with Regional
Planning Meetings/Outsource activity
Successful Execution
Achievement of event goal
Develop a monthly Plan of Action in order to achieve sales targets
Weekly catch up with Regional to review all POA’s
Achieve sales plan in focus doors
Weekly/Quarterly Review
Monthly review of Freelance and T&E Budget maintenance
Must stay within the budget guidelines set. Monthly review with Regional
Recruit, manage and lead IC’s and AC’s
Weekly catch up to review focus and development of all direct reports
Skills needed to be successful in this role:
Minimum Qualifications:
2 years of experience in at least 2 of the following retailers (ULTA, Sephora, Nordstrom, Macy's)
2 years of Multi door experience
Ability to work a Tuesday – Saturday schedule
Requires the ability to lift 50 pounds
Authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis
In California, Colorado, and New York City, the standard base pay range for this role is $60,259.00 - $90,389.00 annually. This base pay range is specific to California, Colorado, and New York City and may not be applicable to other locations. Actual salaries will vary based on several factors, including but not limited to location, experience, skill level, and performance. The range listed is just one component of the total compensation package for employees.
