As an Account Executive you will be responsible for renewing and upselling subscriptions with current and prospective B2B customers over the phone. Our most successful Account Executives handle customer service requests promptly and engage with customers leveraging a service-based selling approach. You will have the opportunity to reach and interact with customers from all around the country. There is no cold calling, all warm leads are provided on a weekly basis. You will interact will our B2B current and former subscribers from around the country.
Requirements:
- Customer service and/or sales experience, nice to have but not necessary
- Desire to learn new skills
- Comfortable using a computer, familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM and Ringcentral a plus
- Someone who enjoys talking and connecting with customers
- Hybrid office/work-from-home setting, with flexible schedules available
