- Responsible for accurate and timely communication with client, team lead, and producers.
- Function as the primary client contact.
- Collaborate with internal departments to coordinate services for clients.
- Manage client renewal process and marketing, to include gathering renewal information.
- Train and direct workflow for Analysts, Associate Client Managers, Client Managers, and Senior Client Managers, as assigned on the team.
- Attend client meetings with producer and provide expertise in strategic planning and consultative advice to clients.
- Carrier negotiations, strategy, and analysis.
- Maintain an organized workflow and schedule.
- Provide producer/client with renewal proposals on accounts.
- Responsible for renewal process and assist with new business.
- Participate and contribute to maintaining client service plans and stewardship reports.
- Ensure accuracy of endorsement requests, invoicing, audits, and cancellations.
- Responsible for accuracy of your work product and that of others assisting you.
- Provide exceptional internal and external client services.
- Attend carrier events and meetings, as required.
- Final check on policies for coverage.
- Conduct yourself in a professional, collaborative, and respectful manner.
- Pursue a program for personal and professional development, including educational classes in your specific field and those offered by Bolton in communication, leadership, corporate language, and other classes as recommended by leaders.
- Maintain high level designation appropriate for this position i.e., CIC, CRM, CPCU, ARM.
You Should Have:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience as a Client Executive Account Executive, or similar role in the Commercial Lines brokerage industry for 5+ years required
- Property & casualty license required.
- Professional certifications, such as Certified School Risk Management (CSRM) or CIC are a plus.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite required.
- In-depth knowledge of commercial insurance products and industry trends.
- Exceptional client service orientation with a focus on building long-term relationships.
- Demonstrate a genuine passion for acquiring new knowledge and skills, staying abreast of industry advancements and best practices.
- Proven ability to set ambitious yet achievable goals, and consistently work towards their attainment.
- Capable of prioritizing tasks effectively and managing multiple client and responsibilities concurrently.
- Able to work collaboratively with colleagues, supervisors, and external partners to set goals, exchange ideas, and drive results.
- Willingness to embrace change, adjust goals as needed, and learn from setbacks to continually improve performance.
- Possess the drive to pursue personal development opportunities independently, while adhering to established timelines and objectives.
