Grow with Grace!
Grace Behavioral Interventions has immediate openings for full-time and part-time positions for Behavior Technicians to become part of our team. Behavior Technicians enjoy flexibility in their schedules and a great work environment.
Behavior Technicians use their knowledge of the principles of Behavior Analysis to carry out interventions which create meaningful change for their clients. At Grace Behavioral Interventions, our Behavior Technicians work one on one with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). Each client has a unique treatment plan which is designed by our on-sight Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs). Our Behavior Technicians carry out these treatment plans under supervision of a BCBA to ensure high fidelity and quality therapy. Through Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy, our clients work to improve motor, social, adaptive, communication, play, and many other skills to enhance their abilities to better care for themselves, build and maintain relationships, and improve their quality of life.
