Responsibilities:
- Implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
- Collect and analyze data to track progress and make informed adjustments to intervention strategies.
- Collaborate with the BCBA, caregivers, and other team members to ensure consistency in behavior support.
- Provide direct one-on-one behavior therapy to individuals with autism.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions as required.
Requirements:
- Valid certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT).
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience working with individuals with autism or related developmental disorders.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
