The candidate will provide in-person laboratory oversight and supervision three times a week, as well as virtual laboratory supervision twice a week, for several research assistants and other program staff. The candidate will also assist with IRB and grant submissions, program implementation activities, and research administrative tasks, and will have the opportunity to develop manuscripts with other members of the lab to submit for publication. The position entails coordinating lab activities across numerous projects by effectively distributing lab tasks among research assistants, tracking process of active studies, and assisting with study budgets. The position also entails virtually conducting research study intakes and both individual and group study interventions. The nature of the work includes managerial responsibilities and independent clinical intakes and/or assessments. The position requires clinical expertise and involves overseeing projects of a moderate scope and/or complexity. The candidate should have technical experience in conducting intakes and couples groups, and experience working in teams and supervising and mentoring others in a laboratory setting.
