Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily staff attendance, PTO requests, and timesheet approvals.
- Conduct second-round hiring interviews, provide hiring recommendations, and address staff disciplinary actions.
- Recognize and evaluate staff performance.
- Coordinate staffing and scheduling needs within the agency.
- Collaborate on therapist professional development and clinical leadership with the training department.
- Monitor and analyze regional utilization rates and performance metrics to make operational adjustments as needed.
- Partner with clinical supervisors to enhance services within the agency.
- Serve as a daily liaison with corporate leadership and participate in leadership meetings.
- Uphold organizational systems and policies, and ensure their appropriate use and enforcement.
- Develop, engage, and inspire a team to achieve operational and strategic goals.
- Manage staff, client, and parent situations effectively and professionally.
- Demonstrate self-motivation, reliability, and leadership in a diverse environment.
- Uphold Minnesota State Statutes and ethical standards for therapeutic services.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Health and Human Services preferred.
- Minimum of 6 years of progressive experience in the Mental Health Field, with at least three years in a managerial role.
- Experience working with individuals on the autism spectrum is preferred.
- Experience managing a geographically dispersed team is advantageous.
- Demonstrated success in supervising and motivating a diverse team.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to build team rapport.
- Strong leadership skills, including multitasking, prioritizing, and goal setting.
- Proficiency in managing budgets and operational metrics, including report creation and analysis.
