A local Biotechnology company is looking to hire a 3rd ShiftManufacturing Document Associate to join their team. This would be a 12-month contract role with the potential for permanent hire that is 100% onsite.
The Manufacturing Document Associates will performs administrative support, clerical tasks and document transport for Mid Scale Manufacturing (MSM)
What you want to know:
Pay: $19-22/hr.
Shift: Sun-Thurs 3rd Shift: 10pm-8:30am
Location: Rensselaer, NY (onsite)

What you need to apply:
- Associates Degree required, Bachelors degree preferred
- Experience with Excel preferred
- Relevant experience may be substituted in lieu of educational requirement
- Performs review of executed manufacturing forms, status cards and logbooks
- Assists in document storage, including the organization and archival of unexecuted and completed batch records and protocols
- Physically transports documents between buildings
- Utilizes tracking systems to distribute document correction notifications and monitors status
- Prepares routine metrics on Manufacturing Documentation
- Ensures all tasks are performed in a manner consistent with safety standards
