Atlas Copco is seeking a qualified Subject Matter Expert to work on the 2nd Shift and will coordinate the activities of tool maintenance at the Tesla Plant. The Subject Matter Expert will manage the setup, diagnosis, and configuration of tooling, maintaining the PM and calibration schedule of the tooling population, the logistics of shipping tools in and out of the customer's facility, and working directly with the customer.
We are looking for someone to work with all levels of an organization both verbally and in writing. You will work well as part of a team to accomplish the task at hand. Our candidate will hold knowledge of servicing industrial fastening tools, torque theory and fastening knowledge, and basic electrical diagnostics.
This position is located in Austin, TX, and you will report to the Tesla Plant. You will report to the Tool Management Center Regional Team Lead.

To Succeed, You Will Need:
Live in or near Austin, TX
Work the 2nd Shift Schedule: Monday through Friday from 6:00PM to 2:30AM CST
Be onsite, in-person 5 days per week #LI-Onsite
High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent
2 years experience repairing or building Computers, Laptops, Cell Phones and Tablets
6 months to 1 year experience working in a manufacturing environment
1-2 years experience troubleshooting mechanical issues
2 years experience working with IT Networks / Networking
2 years experience training customers or colleagues on safe operation and use of equipment
