WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
Responsible for overseeing and optimizing production processes within the organization. Orchestrating and guiding a team of manufacturing associates, ensuring efficient and quality output of manufactured goods. Exhibit strong leadership skills, possess in-depth knowledge of manufacturing processes, and demonstrate a dedicated commitment to meeting production targets.
Job Responsibilities
Ensuring that the production lines start on time.
Collaborate with different departments to guarantee the accessibility of resources, materials, and equipment essential for the production process.
Implement and uphold quality control protocols to ensure the production of goods meet quality standards.
Perform routine inspections and audits to pinpoint areas for improvement and execute corrective actions as necessary.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement strategies to enhance efficiency and reduce production costs.
Enforce adherence to safety regulations and standards across all manufacturing operations.
Examine production data to detect trends, rectify inefficiencies, and institute corrective measures.
Conduct regular safety meetings to promote a culture of safety awareness.
Provide personnel training and guidance on how to operate the equipment.
Knowledge of Packaging/Manufacturing equipment to provide minor troubleshooting and correct issues.
Communicate with Mechanics, Supervisor, and Management of any potential equipment issues/failures.
Disassemble/Assemble manufacturing equipment as necessary.
Ensure that you and all associates are complying with Safety and GMP requirements.
Perform equipment cleaning by dismantling and assembling equipment according to Equipment SOP.
Perform HMI parameter adjustments for efficient operations.
Make minor alignment corrections to equipment.
Utilization of RedZone App to monitor production and report downtime.
All other duties as assigned.
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE:
Strong communication skills
Ability to work in a team environment.
Bilingual preferred
Must be able to work different shifts and extra hours to meet company needs.
Must be able to read and write in English and fill out paperwork and send emails.
2+ years experience leading team of 10 25
GOOD TO HAVE:

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to stand, walk; sit; bend; push; pull; use hands and finger to handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms; talk or hear. The employee must occasionally lift equipment or materials and/or move up to 60 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus and repetitive motions.
