This is a great opportunity for a high-level Collision Technician who is looking to change things up. The ideal candidate will work alongside our technicians and work closely with the GM to run the production in the shop. This is a hybrid role between working on vehicles and running production.

The specific pay rate/salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a number of factors including experience, education, specialized certifications from OEMs, and where the job is located.

- PAID TRAINING AND CERTIFICATIONS
Job Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in automotive collision repair performing repairs
- Must have your own tools
- Plan daily collision repair production schedule to maximize efficiency & maintain cycle time
- Provide daily supervision and direction to all production staff
- Responsible for all repairs be completed correctly and following all OEM procedures
- Schedule all sublet work in a timely manner
- Maintain information within estimating software to reflect vehicles' current repair status
- Quality control all work and provide feedback and coaching to both the technician team and paint team
Skills, Qualifications & Requirements:
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- ICAR, ASE, and OEM training are preferred but not required
- HS Diploma or GED, Auto Body Vo-Tech certification strongly preferred
- Ability to effectively communicate with others
- Ability to read and understand instructions, written estimates, and work orders
- Multi-tasking; adapt easily to a fast-paced environment
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stoop, bend, squat, kneel, and pull
- Extended periods of kneeling, bending, squatting, and stooping to complete or inspect repairs
- Carry and lift heavy objects (up to 80lbs)
- Manual dexterity and eye/hand coordination to operate equipment
- Standing, sitting, and walking
- Performing repetitive motions
