Duties:
- Perform general administrative tasks such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and managing correspondence
- Assist with data entry and data collection, ensuring accuracy and completeness of information
- Maintain and update office records and files
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Provide support in organizing and maintaining office supplies and equipment
- Assist in conflict management by addressing employee concerns and resolving issues in a timely manner
- Support HR department with administrative tasks related to employee onboarding, offboarding, and benefits administration
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an office assistant or in a similar administrative role
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of contract management processes is a plus
- Familiarity with OSHA regulations is preferred
