The position will be supporting the entire recruitment process and efficiently managing various Administrative tasks. You must be dedicated to ensuring a positive experience for candidates and current employees through an employee-centric approach. With strong organizational, time management, and prioritization skills, you will ensure smooth operations and effective task management. This position is a part-time in office position 3 days a week.
Responsibilities
- Supports HR Director throughout the entire recruitment process, including talent sourcing, reviewing resumes, conducting phone screenings, coordinating interviews, and ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Handle all HR Administrative tasks for onboarding, and new-hire orientations including data entry and collection of all other required documentation
- Managing IT administrative tasks, maintaining and tracking tech equipment in stock (laptops, USBs, monitors, keyboards), and distributing them to new and current employees as needed, in collaboration with the IT team.
- Supports HR Director in managing and monitoring leave requests by collecting and ensuring the submission of all relevant documents. Manages tasks related to unemployment, workers' compensation, and other associated requests.
- Employee experience: apply innovative, employee-centric approaches to positively affect employee engagement; create a positive employee experience, from onboarding, planning company events, happy hours, gifts, celebrations, and cultural activities.
- Oversee office management responsibilities, including coordinating maintenance requests, collecting and submitting necessary documentation, managing weekly groceries, ordering and tracking office supplies, overseeing mail, travel coordination and ensuring the ongoing smooth operation of all administrative needs.
- Facilitating event coordination for trade show events, which involves managing vendor coordination, ordering necessary supplies, handling registration processes, overseeing shipments, and ensuring the seamless execution of all essential functions.

Compensation
- Market-level compensation based on experience $25.00 to $30.00 per hour
Requirements:
Ideally, we’re looking for:
- Associates or higher degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
- Minimum of 2 years work experience providing Administrative/Office Management support plus at least 1 year of experience as an HR Assistant with exposure to high volume of recruitment a must
- Experience planning programs and projects in employee experience,
- Effective HR administration and People Management Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Highly organized, reliable self-starter with a “can do” attitude and a flexible approach
- Good tech stack: Worked on any HR or ATS platform, Google Drive, Canva, and related business and communication tools
