As a Weapons Systems Analyst with Capstone, you will have the opportunity to work on cutting-edge projects that push the boundaries of integrated air and missile defense technology.
In this role, you will support the development of Joint Integrated Air Defense Environment architecture in Huntsville, AL.
As a Weapons Systems Analyst at Capstone Research Corporation, you will be responsible for coordinating with the Integrated Project Teams (IPT) on overall activities required to support various Department of Defense (DoD) agencies. You will develop and brief architecture products in support of the Joint Integrated Fire Control Network. You will support planning and execution for demonstrating a JTIFC architecture for Air Defense in virtual and live events. Additionally, you will be involved in coordinating technical requirements necessary to execute developed architecture with government, Services, and prime contractors.

Would you be a great Systems Analyst?
To excel in the role of Systems Analyst at Capstone Research Corporation, you will need a combination of technical expertise, analytical skills, and a strong understanding of planning and executing complex system of systems integration efforts. The following skills and qualifications are necessary for success in this position: 1. Due to the sensitive nature of our projects, you must possess an active Secret Clearance or have the ability to obtain one. 2. Bachelor's degree with 10 years of relative experience. 3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 4. Technical experience with Battle Command Systems, Fire Control Networks, and Cruise missile Defense systems. 5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effectively collaborating with cross-functional teams, documenting findings, and presenting recommendations to stakeholders. 6. Ability to travel.
