Role : Zuora Technical Project Manager
Location: San Francisco, CA (Onsite)
Duration: Fulltime Role
MOI: Telephonic / Skype
- Must have enterprise level experience, within a professional services organization, as a Technical Project Manager with a leading technology consulting or product company, delivering moderate to complex ERP, billing, revenue, procurement and/or CRM solutions
- Experience in Zuora central platform (API, Workflows, Events, Custom fields, objects), Zuora Subscriptions, Zuora Product catalog, Zuora Billing & Payments, Zuora Finance
- Knowledge on Various Integrations from Zuora (like Payment Gateways, ERPs, CRMs, etc)
- Knowledge on Zuora Workflows configuration/migration
- Ability to lead business discussions with customers, discover requirement, frame a problem statement and work with Solution Architect & team to lead solution workshops and deliver a Technical solution
- Experience in Waterfall and Agile methodologies
- Experience handling projects with multiple phases like requirements gathering, use cases documentation, business analysis, systems design and integration, user interface design and implementation.
- Demonstrated understanding of Project Management processes, strategies, and methods
- Demonstrated ability in managing a global delivery model.
- Demonstrated ability to define, manage and measure Global IT delivery processes.
- Strong analytical and problem resolution skills; able to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Strong interpersonal and facilitation skills
- Ability to deal with ambiguity and managing risks
- Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills to coordinate with team members, vendors, and management.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills and experience establishing guidelines in these areas for others.
- Experience working in a high-level collaborative environment and promoting a teamwork mentality.
- Extremely process oriented and methodical. The person must do timely follow ups to ensure that the team delivers in a timely manner.
- Lead at least one or more Practice Development Initiatives in the Technical COE for ongoing process improvements to ensure high quality and on-time delivery.
