Pathways Health Partners is an Accountable Care Organization (ACO) on the forefront of helping independent providers make the transition to Value-Based Care. Pathways operates a Medicare REACH ACO, a Medicare Advantage MSO, and a Commercial MSO responsible for approximately 16,000 patients throughout North-West/Central Florida. Our service area is The Villages, down to St. Petersburg, across to Mount Dora, and areas in between. Pathways also operate a robust hospital medicine group, manages several of its affiliated medical practices, and an insurance agency.
Job Summary
The Marketing Assistant will support the marketing department in its primary administrative duties. This role involves assisting in organizing campaigns, developing marketing strategies, and conducting market research. The ideal candidate will have a passion for marketing, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work under tight deadlines.
Role and Responsibilities
Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies: Support the marketing team in daily administrative tasks, help organize and execute marketing campaigns.
Market Research: Conduct market research to identify marketing opportunities and negotiate media coverage.
Content Creation: Assist in the creation of written, video, and image content for marketing channels.
Data Analysis: Analyze marketing data (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic, etc.) to help shape future marketing strategies.
Social Media Management: Manage and update the company's social media profiles.
Tik Tok/You Tube/ Facebook / Instagram / Thread / X
Event Management: Assist in the organization of promotional events and traditional or digital campaigns and attend them to facilitate their success.
Communications: Prepare promotional materials and presentations, write marketing literature (brochures, press releases, etc.) to augment the company’s presence in the market.
Collaboration: Communicate directly with clients and encourage trusting relationships.
Perform payroll function for the company.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications and Education Requirements
1 year related or relevant field.
Previous work experience as a Marketing Assistant, or similar role.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Familiarity with marketing computer software and social media platforms.
Good understanding of market research techniques, data analysis, and statistics methods.
Creativity and commercial awareness.
A team player with a customer-oriented approach.
Understanding of WordPress / WIX / Squarespace
