NORY is seeking a Zapier/Airtable Automation Consultant to join our team of ambitious and kind entrepreneurs who are dedicated to helping children ages 3-12 develop resilience, inquisitiveness, and empathy through STEM Education Programs. As our Zapier/Airtable Automation Consultant, you will play a critical role in automating the attendance sheet, staffing charts, performance-based KPI’s, and other tasks to ensure efficient and effective program management. This is an entrepreneurial and proactive role that can create a massive impact on our families and team.
Responsibilities:
- Take ownership of NORY's attendance sheet and program management workflows, creating streamlined and efficient automation workflows that free up time for our educators to focus on teaching and providing quality experiences for our students.
- Proactively identify issues and implement solutions in existing workflows, ensuring that our automated systems are always running smoothly and effectively.
- Work cross-functionally with various teams at NORY to identify areas for automation, sharing insights and contributing to the creation of innovative solutions that improve the experiences of our students, parents, and educators.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of all workflows and processes, ensuring that our automated systems are transparent and easily understood by all team members.
- Act as a resource for team members, providing training and support to ensure that everyone is fully equipped to work with our automated systems.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest automation technologies and trends, proactively identifying new opportunities to improve and streamline our workflows.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience working with Zapier and Airtable
- Strong understanding of automation workflows and best practices
- Experience in creating automated workflows for business processes
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues with existing workflows
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Passion for NORY's mission and a desire to make a positive impact on the lives of children ages 3-12 through the creation of efficient and effective automation workflows using Airtable and Zapier.

Job Details:
- Hours: 10-15 hours per week initially, with the potential for increased hours based on performance and business needs
- Compensation: $30-40 per hour
