Sign-on Bonus for Youth Service Provider Positions
These Youth Service Provider positions are eligible for a sign-on bonus based on number of hours worked and will be disbursed over the course of 1 year, 50% after the first 6 months and the remaining 50% 6 months later. New hires and rehires are eligible for this sign-on bonus.

Nature of Work
The Youth Service Provider provides a variety of activities that are designed to restore, rehabilitate, and support a child’s/youth’s developmentally appropriate functioning as necessary for the integration of the child/youth as an active and productive member of their family and community. Activities are “hands on” and task oriented.
The Senior YSP provider also provides community-based services to children and families who may have difficulty engaging in formal office settings, but can benefit from home and/or community based rehabilitative services.
Minimum Qualifications
- The Youth Service provider must be at least 18 years old and have at least a High School Diploma, GED, or State Education Commencement Credential (SACC or CDOS). Experience working with youth is preferred.
- The Senior Youth Service provider must have at least a Bachelor’s degree in Human Services or related field plus two years of applicable experience in children’s mental health, addiction, and/or foster care.
- Must clear the State Central Registry Clearance, Staff Exclusion List Clearance and OMH Criminal History Review for criminal convictions.
- Must possess a valid/clear driver’s license and dependable vehicle.
Tuition Reimbursement
After being employed at Pathways, Inc. for one year and worked an average of 20 hours per week, you may be eligible for Tuition Reimbursement.
