$1,500.00 HIRING BONUS AVAILABLE!
This is a full time, 35-hour a week, 12-month position with a salary range of $52,000.00- $55,000.00 per year.
The Transitional Living Program (TLP) Clinical Social Worker is responsible for providing counseling and clinical support to the residents in The Center's TLP programs. They are responsible for providing comprehensive assessments and assisting TLP Case Managers in planning and referrals. Based out of the Devonshire TLP program, the Clinical Social Worker will also provide clinical consultation to the various TLP teams.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND EXAMPLE OF DUTIES:
- Individual and Family Counseling
- Crisis Intervention/Prevention
- Referral Readiness and Referral
- Youth Advocacy
- Maintenance of Client Confidentiality, consistent with agency policies
- Clinical Consultation for TLP Staff
- Community Outreach
- Accurate, Timely Case and Program Record Keeping
- Individual and Group Supervision Participation
- Staff Meetings and Training Participation
- Participation in Community Committees, Coalitions, Task Forces, etc.
- Other duties, as assigned.

Candidate must also possess significant knowledge of adolescent development including positive youth development, asset development, risk reduction and protective factors.
QUALIFICATIONS:
A minimum of a Master's degree in Social Work or related, LMSW or LCSW preferred; and at least 5 years of related experience required. Driver's license is required.
