DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES: Weekly assessments, treatment plans, individual, group and family sessions and the correlating documentation. Complete trainings and remain current on all monthly training and certifications. Improve clinical profession and self. Stay current on Best Practice and Evidence Based methods, be prepared for sessions, and be receptive to critical feedback. Attend weekly clinical meetings. Participate and provide clinical oversight to existing and new programming, PRS/Skills groups, recreational activities, restitution, staff education/role play/modeling, facility appearance and maintenance. Understand the Program; including client daily schedules, rules and expectations for youth, behavior and clinical levels, visits, allowances, health visits, school, staff schedules and training. Communicate with YHA administration and facility management, including reading and responding to emails. Family, proctor parent and case manager contact. REQUIRED: Masters Degree and Current license in a Mental Health discipline including but not limited to, LCSW, LISW, LMFT, LPCC, CMHC, and Psychologist. Must be fully licensed/post graduate.
