This venture is financially backed by a well known VC in New York City and is being developed (EIR) by the founder of a post-series B HealthTech company in NYC.

Responsibilities:
- Set, refine, and evangelize the company mission and vision.
- Lead fundraising initiatives, drive sales and revenue into the first set of customers.
- Lead talent acquisition to ensure the team being built is world-class.
- Develop and implement the company's overall strategy, ensuring alignment with the mission and vision.
- Maintain a relentless focus on the problem, leading sales and early product focus.
- Prioritize initiatives and develop alignment across the organization.
- Clearly articulate the problem and break down the solution into manageable pieces.
- Take ownership of selecting and focusing on small components, solving them well before moving on to larger problem sets.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders including investors, customers, and partners.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and advancements in healthcare technology.
- Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the team and operations.
Qualifications:
- 5-10 years of experience as CEO of a smaller, successful startup or ownership of PnL at a larger company.
- Experience selling or building technical products, ideally developer tools.
- Experience selling into engineering teams within healthcare, ideally providers or payers.
- Comfort with ambiguity and the challenges of early-stage startup environments.
- Strong leadership qualities with an ability to inspire and guide teams.
- Ability to make quick, decisive decisions and drive results.
- Strong drive to win in challenging markets like healthcare.
- Ability to synthesize large amounts of information to draw conclusions and identify solutions.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Thought leadership in the healthcare technology space.
Evaluation Metrics:
- Successful product validation, value/ROI assessment, and MVP development.
- Translation of MVP to production and early sales/revenue generation.
- History of sales leadership.
- Team building and retention of top talent.
- Successful fundraising history.
- Demonstration of successful GTM leadership.
- Experience scaling a business .
