Summary: Odyssey House of Utah is a leading organization dedicated to providing comprehensive and compassionate care to individuals struggling with substance use disorders and behavioral health challenges. Our integrated approach combines evidence-based practices, clinical expertise, and a supportive environment to promote lasting recovery and overall well-being.
Job Location: Multiple Locations
Total Compensation FT: $60,000-70,000 DOE
Benefits Package = approximately $22,000
Includes - medical, dental, life, and disability insurance, flexible spending account, retirement plan, paid leave, employee assistance program, and education assistance.
Full-Time Benefits:

• Current state licensure as a Mental Health Therapist (CSWi, CSW, LCSW, ACMHC, CMHC, MFTi, AMFT, LMFT).
• Strong knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic modalities and interventions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
• Understanding of trauma-informed care principles.
• Eligible to work in the USA
