Experience & Skills

• You must have at least one year of meaningful virtual teaching experience. The focus should be teaching writing to elementary and/or middle school students.
• You must be familiar with Zoom and Google Suite (Drive, Documents, Sheets) as if they were the back of your hand.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Inspire elementary and middle school students to write in a Virtual classroom
• Provide meaningful feedback to student writing on Google Documents
• Dialogue with parents about their child’s writing progress
• Write a weekly newsletter to our families

Additional Requirements

• Fast hardware that can run Zoom (computer w/ webcam)
• Dependable bandwidth with internet speeds of at least 100 mbps
• A clean, well-lighted place for teaching

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 15 per week
