Elementary School Teacher - Summer Camp Position

Adventures in Writing Camp is looking for outgoing, dynamic, engaging teachers with amazing classroom management skills!

You will:
- Easily follow executed lesson plans that align with the curriculum and educational standards.
- Create a positive and inclusive learning environment for students.
- Utilize various teaching methods and learning technologies to accommodate different learning styles.
- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to promote growth.
- Collaborate with other teachers, administrators to support student success.
- Implement classroom management strategies to maintain a productive and respectful learning environment.
- Foster a love of learning through creative and interactive teaching methods.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field.
- Valid teaching certification or license.
- Experience working with Elementary School students, preferably in an educational setting.
- Ability to see this as camp, not school, and foster a love of writing
- Proficient in learning technology tools and resources.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to effectively manage a classroom and create a positive learning environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to mentor and support students' social-emotional development.

Pay: $200.00 - $225.00 per day
