You will provide outstanding patient care and physical support for patients on a daily basis. To do well in this role you should have your state nursing license , compassion, strong work ethic and great communication skills .
LPN Responsibilities:
- Assists in planning and evaluating direct nursing care of patients
- Transcribes physician’s orders and assist with medical rounds.
- Admissions
- Supports the efforts of other therapies by effectively carrying out restorative nursing measures established in conjunction with the respective therapies.
- Accurately documents observations and reports them to appropriate sources as indicated.
- Effectively applies comfort and safety measures to meet patient needs.
- Administers medications to patients according to established policy and procedure, including controlled substances.
LPN Requirements:
- Current State Nursing License
- Current CPR Certification
- Ability to think and work independently and with direction, and communicate with staff members in a fast-paced and sometimes stressful environment.
