Responsibilities
Collaborates with the WPV Program Manager and administrative leaders to support the Workplace Violence program. Participates in identifying, developing, designing, and implementing curriculum (programs, courses, content, materials, and technology) for the Workplace Violence prevention program. Ensures that training modalities are applicable to the audience and curriculum. Collaboratively assesses, plans, implements and evaluates educational activities through a systems model, including orientation and continuing education and training. This role serves as a learning facilitator, change agent, mentor, leader, and program advocate.

Qualifications
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree and a minimum of three (3) years’ experience in healthcare, security/law enforcement or related fields, which includes direct experience as an educator, trainer, or instructor. Master's Degree preferred. Demonstrated experience in educational programming, curriculum development, instruction, and training. Demonstrated teaching skills.
License or Certifications:
If BSN candidate, must have current RN license by applicable State requirements.
AVADE instructor certification required at time of hire or obtained within 6 months of hire and maintained.
Valid ARZ driver’s license and successful motor vehicle record.
