SUMMARY
Responsible for providing general office support functions, including mail delivery and clerical support as required by the office. Provides administrative support to the local business services unit as needed.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Creates various reports and presentation materials using pivot tables, charts and graphs;
- Assembles documents manually and electronically for distribution primarily from Word and Adobe (e.g., Best Bets, Injury & Illness Prevention Program, Claim kits, loss runs, policies, and endorsements);
- Generates recurring mail merge correspondence to customers;
- Processes all outgoing mail using business machines, including folding, weighing and posting mail;
- Manages office supply inventory and provides clerical support to local business units;
- Prepares trend analysis reports using claim vendors systems and/or Excel spreadsheets;
- Populates and maintains various claim and policy data onto Excel spreadsheets;
- Assists in assembly of marketing and presentation materials for distribution;
- Coordinates seminar activities including invitations, RSVPs, and ordering food/beverages;
- Enters electronic data for experience modification, invoices, and others as needed;
- Performs electronic filing of data and reports;
- Complies with agency management system data standards and data integrity (enters and maintains complete and accurate information);
- Other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
High School diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience
Two (2) or more years of experience in a general office services function
Valid Driver's License with a good driving record
Ability to safely lift 50+ lbs

Good planning, organizational and prioritization skills
Detail oriented with strong analytical skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work within a team and to foster teamwork
Proficient with Microsoft Office products including Access, with strong emphasis on Excel, Word and PowerPoint
